What Our Clients Say
– Neil Larrimore, Program Director, NewsRadio 980 KMBZ (Entercom Communications Corp.)
TextCaster allows KMBZ to enhance its digital arsenal by providing listeners information they want, such as forecasts, headlines, and breaking news. Users opt-in and select the content they want to receive. For severe weather, listeners select their county. This lets us target alerts to people who are in the threat areas. Listeners receive immediate mobile communication with potentially lifesaving information. It’s powerful.
– James Webb New Media Director KTAR-FM, KTAR-AM, KPKX (Bonneville International Corporation)
They work with more platforms and carriers than anyone else. Our messages get delivered faster than our competition. Database growth has been phenomenal. Because it “just works” I don’t have to call tech support often… but when I do, a courteous, knowledgeable person answers the phone. Not only is the technology superior, they treat their customers more like partners and the results are very impressive.
I just wanted you to know that Atchison County (Missouri) has utilized TextCaster through a historical flooding event this year and I can’t imagine working a disaster with out it! I love that it is quick, simple, and easy to use. I have sent out alerts and notifications for levee breeches from right out on the levee. Our citizens have grown accustomed to TextCaster and have relied on it heavily through this horrific event in our lives. Thank you so much!
– Rhonda Wiley, Director of Emergency Management, Atchison County (MO) EMA/911
TextCaster has been a great asset in communication with the citizens we serve. We use TextCaster to put out alerts, advisories and general information. Our most interesting and successful aspect has been Fugitive of the Week. While implementing the Fugitive of the Week program, we have successfully apprehend offenders that without the public’s help we would not be able to locate. Being able to display a picture of a suspect is one of the most helpful features of this program.
