In 2003, Rob created TextCaster, the first permission-based mass notification system in the United States that lets businesses send mass text messages and email to patrons who opt in. This mass communication system has served thousands of clients in education, media, government and business, enabling them to send billions of messages throughout the years.
In 2007, Rob was issued the U.S. Patent for permission-based text messaging. In 2008 the company received the Governor's Award as Missouri's 2008 Small Business-of-the-Year. In 2015, the company developed WorkplaceAware, Campus Eye and Public Eye as a new suite of mobile reporting solutions to help keep people safer at work, school and in their communities. These solutions now serve clients across the globe.
